Yom Rishon (יום ראשון) Is The First day of the week (יום ראשון) It starts at Sunset on Saturday and ends on sunset Sunday. 

It was renamed to "Sunday", or the day of the Sun, or day to worship the Sun is derived from Hellenistic astrology.

But we call this day Yom Rishon (יום ראשון). In reverence to Our Creator and His people.
